Thai bodhiwork is a traditional healing practice combining acupressure, stretching, and trigger point therapy. It's performed on a firm mat or table with the recipient wearing stretchy-comfortable clothing (your favorite sweatpants and sweatshirt), allowing for greater movement and flexibility. It's a hands-on approach where the practitioner uses their body to guide the recipient into various positions, enhancing overall circulation, flexibility, and relaxation.
Our practitioners have trained in Thailand or closely with accredited teachers who have spent significant amount of time practicing Thai Massage, studying in Thailand; and have been authorized to teach Thai Massage.
