  • I'm Alana Buck, a Licensed Massage Therapist at Bodhi Massage specializing in functional, results-oriented bodywork. My approach blends deep tissue, muscle testing, zone therapy, stretching, and joint mobilization with relaxation techniques tailored to each client's needs.

    Every session starts by helping your nervous system settle, creating the foundation for effective therapeutic work. From there, I focus on the areas demanding attention—whether that's chronic tension, mobility restrictions, or pain patterns. I work with clients who are invested in their wellness and committed to making lasting changes in how their body feels and functions.
